Microdosing 101: An Educational Workshop
Curious about microdosing but tired of piecing together information from TikTok, Google, podcasts, and your friend’s cousin who “knows a guy”? Microdosing 101 is designed to create a thoughtful, educational space to learn, ask questions, and better understand what microdosing is — and what it isn’t.
Join us at 3-21 No Kiddin’ Recovery Playground for a private, two-hour educational workshop led by Natasha Marie, a registered nurse with years of experience studying plant medicine. Natasha brings science, experience, and heart to a conversation that deserves more than hype or stigma.
We’ll explore how microdosing works in the brain and body, why people are exploring it, current research and evidence around its potential mental-health applications, including depression and PTSD, and its relationship to wellness, creativity, and healing. We’ll also discuss safety, best practices, important considerations, personal experiences, and resources for continued learning.
There will be plenty of time for questions and honest conversation in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.
