🎉 Dry January Kickoff Weekend!

If you are interested in learning more about having a successful Dry January or beyond, come on down.

Intention of this event is to offer tips to make the month easier, connect you to other dry buddies and offer a place to go this 1st weekend night of the month.

There will some education and tastings of healthy drink options to include great pre & post workout drinks and alternatives to alcoholic beverages.

We will share how things like ashwaganda, mushrooms, l-theanine, magnesium and many other supplements and herbs are added to a collection of drinks to help with relaxation, energy, focus and more.

There will be a $10 admission that will go towards covering the sampling experience.
